Get Involved - Volunteering

We need volunteers to help make WOVEN a joyful, interesting and safe experience for everyone. If you live in or near Kirklees and you want to help out, please fill in the form below.

Between November 23 and March 24, WOVEN will be out and about talking to people about their experiences of WOVEN to get a good understanding of what’s important to people and how we can plan for the future.

We are looking for people to support workshop and consultation sessions by helping us capture what people are saying. This may be through helping us carry out surveys, but also just capturing quotes from people at events. It may even involve scribing for a round table at larger events.

Other roles include inputting information that has been gathered into a spreadsheet, and hands-on support for workshop leaders at events and activities.

There is lots coming up and as a small team we really need your help to make sure WOVEN reflects what the community of Kirklees wants from its festival moving forward.

Your expenses will be covered up to a maximum of £5/day.
