Discover the WOVEN 2025 Festival Programme and upcoming events
Hear from a panel of guest speakers with experience and passion for maintaining the value of longevity in textiles.
From repair to reuse, swapping to second hand shopping and all of the community sharing programmes and resale business models in between, in recent years the pace of tech and social innovation has increased rapidly to enable citizens to keep textiles in active use.
Discussing why and how we increase the value (financial, environmental and emotional) of textiles to keep them in active use from local and global perspectives, the panel will be chaired by Gemma Metheringham (The Elephant in My Wardrobe) and will be followed by an audience Q&A.
