Flower Forensics – Textile Printing and Growing Workshop

June 20, 2023 @ 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm

Join Grow To School and textile artist Kayleigh Davis (ocre) for this exciting Flower Forensics workshop.

During the workshop you will explore the wonderful creative potential of edible flowers, what works best in the vegetable plot and what flowers we can use for natural dyeing.

Grow To School will guide you through a flower deconstruction workshop, work out what’s inside – a fun and forensic workshop getting up close to the different part of a flowering plant and learning about which bit goes where.

We will then take part in a flower pounding workshop with Kayleigh Davis, where we will explore the use of edible flowers in natural dyeing and printing methods.
