On Thursday 2 July from 3pm – 5pm we will be holding our next WOVEN 2021 Open Planning Meeting via Zoom. These meetings happen quarterly and are for anyone interested in planning for the WOVEN Festival 2021 (and ongoing activity). All welcome! You don’t have to have been to a meeting before.

Agenda: Slotting Things Together
The idea for the meeting is to make sure we’re all aware of the plan for WOVEN 2021 and ensure we’re not missing anything. Alison and Nat will give an overview of the plans so far and we’ll be asking the following questions:
– What events are missing?
– Who else is running projects that could be included?
– How can I contribute to the plan?
We’re not necessarily looking for new ideas but are keen that existing projects and events are included.
Under normal circumstances these meetings take place face-to-face but all WOVEN’s activity is now online. The meeting will take place on Zoom. Register your attendance HERE and we’ll send you the Zoom link nearer the time. Please don’t share the Zoom link with anyone.
